Bill
Selvey-President 
Bill has over twelve years
of physician recruitment experience. He recently
spent almost seven years at the 365 bed Children’s Healthcare of
Atlanta (created by the merger of Egleston Children’s Hospital and
Scottish Rite Children’s Medical Center). At
Children’s he implemented the internal physician recruitment function
and was ultimately responsible for recruitment, compensation, benefits and
credentialing for the health system’s 170 + member employed physician
group. Additionally, he served on the system’s
Physician Compensation Committee for four years where he consulted
in the compensation design and participated in the review of the
compensation plans for all employed specialties. Prior to Children’s, Bill spent six years serving the retained clients of two physician search firms. Bill is personally responsible for the recruitment of over 175 physicians and has extensive knowledge of physician compensation, employment contracts and credentialing.
